  • In-store Purchases: You can return any unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Online Purchases (if applicable): If we offer online shopping, items purchased online can also be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a different size or item, subject to availability.

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Bring the item(s) to our store, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Fill out a return form, available at the store, to process your return or exchange.
  • If returning by mail (for online purchases), please contact us for return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy criteria:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If a refund cannot be processed to the original method (e.g., expired card), we may issue a store credit.

4. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we can accommodate this, subject to stock availability. Please return the item following the procedure outlined above, and we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.

6. Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees for returned items are non-refundable, except in the case of an error or damaged goods on our part.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
